And I’m spending some time painting. I’ve reworked last week’s favorite sketch into a larger piece and am quite happy with it.
And yesterday, I took my oil paint sticks and a canvas pad out into the field. It’s a great way to work quickly, though it has limitations. I added some brushwork today and like the abstract quality.
And I am so happy to have signed up for a workshop in June, given by Paul Kratter. Two days in Pt. Reyes Seashore to concentrate on nothing but painting. My first plein air workshop and I’m stoked!
